Membership Application
Individuals aged between 12 and 15 who live in Castlemilk can join as Junior Members. This is free. Castlemilk residents 16 and over can apply for Annual Resident Membership (£1) or Lifetime Resident Membership (£25). While this membership is active, residents will be eligible to vote on Ordinary Resolutions at General Meetings and AGM. They will also have a vote to be used to vote in Trustees. Individuals who are not Castlemilk residents can apply for Annual Associate Membership (£1) or Lifetime Associate Membership (£25). While this membership is active, associates are welcome to attend General Meetings and AGM but may not vote. An active over 16 Membership is required to hire the facilities. The application form is for individual memberships only. Community organisations and groups can apply by e-mailing admin@ccftrust.co.uk and requesting a Group Membership pdf form. Community organisations and groups can apply for Annual Community Group Membership (£1) or Lifetime Community Group Membership (£25). Member groups can nominate one person to represent their organisation at General Meetings / AGM. Full Membership criteria and requirements can be found in our written Constitution (page 5 onwards). Membership Application
The members of this organisation shall consist of those individuals who make the application for registration of the organisation and such other individuals and groups that are admitted to membership. Membership of the organisation is open to individuals aged 16 or over who (and groups which) are members of the Community (“Resident”). Individuals and Groups wishing to support the Purposes who are not members of the Community may become associates of the Organisation (“Associate”). Individuals aged between 12 and 15 who are members of the Community can join as (“Junior Members”). Each Resident Member shall have one vote to be used for Ordinary Resolutions raised at General Meetings/ AGM. Each Resident Member shall have one vote to be used to vote in Trustees at AGM. Any member can attend General Meetings & AGM. Community Organisations and groups can nominate one person to represent organisation at General Meetings / AGM.
